This release introduces advanced phase-aware load balancing, expanded Intelligence capabilities, enhanced fleet management controls, and new QR code management workflows across the EOSVOLT platform.

🧩 New Development

1. Advanced phase-aware Ampere load balancing
Ampere-based load balancing now supports charger power configuration, voltage system management, phase-aware capacity allocation, and real-time phase monitoring.

Operators can configure how chargers are connected across electrical phases while monitoring available capacity in real time. This helps optimize infrastructure utilization, improve load distribution, and reduce the risk of overloading individual phases.

Platform: Spark, COSMOS

2. Expanded Intelligence workspace
Notification Settings and Zone Monitoring have been integrated into Intelligence, further consolidating monitoring, diagnostics, alerts, and operational insights into a single operational workspace.

The Intelligence module now also includes email delivery visibility, allowing operators to review delivery status and provider responses for emails such as OTP codes, invoices, invitations, and notifications. Support teams can quickly verify whether an email was successfully delivered and identify potential delivery issues without leaving Spark.

Together, these improvements create a more unified operational experience and make it easier for operators to manage charger performance, site monitoring, and customer communications from one place.

Platform: Spark

3. Configurable odometer verification for fleet charging
Fleet operators can now choose to require drivers to enter their vehicle's current odometer reading before starting a charging session.

Capturing odometer readings alongside charging sessions helps improve mileage tracking, fleet reporting, and visibility into vehicle usage. It also supports reimbursement, maintenance, and compliance workflows where accurate mileage records are required, while allowing each operator to decide when the feature should be used.

Platform: Spark, Mobile

4. Pre-generated QR code workflows
Operators can now generate QR codes in advance and assign them to chargers later.

The new workflow includes batch generation, printable PDF exports, QR assignment management, and automatic mapping between QR identifiers and charging connectors. This is particularly valuable for large-scale deployments where QR stickers are produced before chargers are installed or commissioned, simplifying logistics, installation, and ongoing charger management.

Platform: Spark

5. Support for component-based pricing models
EOSVOLT now supports advanced pricing structures that separate electricity costs, usage fees, and revenue-sharing components.

Available for deployments requiring component-based pricing, this capability enables more flexible commercial charging business models while automatically calculating the final charging price presented to drivers.

Platform: Spark

6. Estimated charging energy before session start
The charging preparation screen now displays an estimated kWh value based on the selected charging amount and current charger pricing.

By estimating the expected energy delivered before charging begins, drivers can make more informed decisions about charging amounts and better understand the expected outcome of a charging session.
