This release introduces expanded Private Charger capabilities, enhanced Intelligence analysis, improved fleet and wallet functionality, and continued updates across Spark, COSMOS, and mobile services.
🧩 New Development
1. In-app notification center with unread state and app badge count
A new in-app notification center has been added to the mobile apps, allowing users to view and manage notifications directly inside the app.
Notifications are stored chronologically with unread state handling, automatic read detection, and app badge count support, creating a more consistent notification experience across the platform.
Platform: Mobile
2. Province-based tax calculation for Canadian invoices
Canadian charging sessions and invoices now support province-based tax calculation, ensuring tax handling aligns with the charger location province and local tax requirements.
Platform: Spark
3. White-label branding for home charger invitation PDFs
White-label operators can now customize branding for home charger invitation PDFs, including logo, display name, and branded imagery.
Platform: Spark
4. Expanded support for Private Chargers across the platform
Private Chargers are now fully supported across mobile apps, Spark, and load balancing workflows.
Operators can create and manage Private Chargers alongside Home Chargers, configure paid charging, associate chargers with locations, and include Private Chargers in load balancing zones while keeping them hidden from public maps and location discovery.
Platform: Spark, Mobile
5. Enhanced customer access controls
White-label operators now have more granular control over access to the Customers section.
Customer visibility and charging history can now be scoped based on administrator location access, providing improved operational separation and more flexible administration across larger deployments.
Platform: Spark
6. Expanded Intelligence diagnostics and fault analysis
The Intelligence module has received major improvements to diagnostics visibility, fault analysis, and operational prioritisation.
New severity analysis helps operators more accurately identify recurring charger issues, understand fleet-wide operational impact, and prioritise the most critical problems affecting network reliability and performance.
Diagnostics data is now fully integrated into Intelligence workflows and health metrics, creating a more unified operational overview with improved filtering, fault visibility, and diagnostics presentation across the module.
Platform: Spark
7. Company-based asset creation for multiple tenant white-label operators
Multiple tenant white-label operators can now create and manage fleet assets such as teams, drivers, cars, charge keys, and external companies on behalf of selected companies directly within Spark.
This provides greater flexibility when managing larger multi-tenant white-label structures with multiple operators and teams.
Platform: Spark
8. More flexible load balancing schedules
Load balancer schedules now support 15-minute interval configuration, providing operators with finer control over charging availability and power distribution throughout the day.
Platform: Spark
9. “Blocking fee” renamed to “Idle fee” in the app
The app terminology has been updated by replacing “Blocking fee” with “Idle fee” across supported screens and flows.
Platform: Mobile
10. Wallet top-up invoice generation and delivery
Invoices are now automatically generated and delivered by email for wallet top-ups completed through user payment methods.
Platform: Spark
11. Improved charger type visibility in Spark
Spark charger tables now clearly display charger classifications such as Commercial, Home Charger, and Private Charger, improving operational visibility across charger deployments.
Platform: Spark
12. “Skip booking fees” option for Fleet Teams and Member Discounts
Fleet Teams and Member Discounts now support a “Skip booking fees” setting, allowing operators to waive booking fees for selected users or groups.
Platform: Spark
13. Intelligence access enabled for Tenant users
Tenant users now have access to the Intelligence module, expanding visibility across supported user roles.
