This release brings major additions across Intelligence, AI assisted support, fleet operations, private charging, payments, pricing, firmware management, and everyday workflows in Spark.


What's new

1. Expanded Intelligence for charger and location health
Intelligence now provides deeper visibility into network health at fleet, charger, and location level.

The Charger Health overview brings together live attention signals, charge success, recurring issues, fault patterns, and charger condition in one place. Dedicated charger analysis pages provide uptime, utilization, charge success, firmware history, open issues, and AI analysis over a selected period.

New location analysis pages provide the same operational perspective across an entire site, making it easier to determine whether an issue is isolated to one charger or affecting several chargers at the location.

Intelligence can also detect chargers that remain offline and notifications now cover a broader range of operational issues.

2. A more complete Session Details page
The Session Details page now brings a much more complete record of each charging session together in one place.

Operators can review connection and charging times, energy delivered, idle duration, user and payment information, authorization and capture details, refunds, charger hardware, firmware version, Fleet Charge Key ID, and OCPP transaction information.

Zero energy sessions are also now represented consistently throughout Spark, making unsuccessful or incomplete charging sessions easier to find and investigate.

3. AI powered Session Intelligence
Session Intelligence adds AI analysis directly to individual charging sessions.

With one click, EOSVOLT analyzes the session record together with the charger's event history and reconstructs what happened. The result provides an overall verdict, likely root cause, key metrics, and a timeline of important events.

Operators can ask follow up questions in plain language, while a dedicated analysis history makes it easier to find and review previous Session Intelligence cases.

4. AI support assistant for operators
The AI support assistant is now available directly inside Spark, giving operators a faster way to find information and answer operational questions.

The assistant works with live platform data and can check charger health, find and explain sessions, review Wallet information, answer fleet related questions, and provide guidance on using Spark.

It also understands the page currently being viewed, allowing operators to ask questions about what they are already looking at without having to explain the context first.

5. AI customer support directly in the mobile app
White label deployments can now include AI customer support directly inside the driver app.

The assistant works with the logged in driver's actual account data, including charging sessions, billing, payment methods, chargers, memberships, and account information.

It can explain unexpected charges, distinguish payment holds from completed payments, help troubleshoot charging sessions, and answer common charging and app questions. Technical charging information is translated into everyday language, while cases that require human assistance are directed to the operator's own support contact.

6. Dedicated Fleet sessions view and live map
A new Fleet sessions view in Spark gives operators and Fleet Managers a clearer picture of charging activity across their fleets.

The dedicated sessions table is optimized for fleet charging, with information focused on drivers, vehicles, companies, charge keys, locations, and other fleet relevant details.

A new live map also shows where fleet vehicles are currently charging and, where available, their current state of charge. This gives Fleet Managers an immediate operational view of their vehicles while providing operators with better reporting across the fleets they support.

7. Prepaid billing for external fleets
EOSVOLT now supports prepaid billing for applicable external fleet setups.

Fleet customers can operate from a shared company balance that is used to fund charging across the fleet. Funds are reserved when charging begins and settled against completed sessions, while existing fleet spending controls continue to apply.

When the available balance is depleted, charging access can be restricted automatically until additional funds are added.

This gives operators another way to offer fleet charging while maintaining clear control over payment exposure.

8. Monthly subscriptions and billing for Private Chargers
Operators can now offer monthly subscriptions for Private Chargers, creating a recurring billing model for users with access to dedicated charging infrastructure.

The subscription fee and the user's charging consumption can be billed on a monthly basis, simplifying both payment collection and ongoing charging costs.

This is particularly useful for setups such as condominiums and residential properties, where residents have assigned charging access and can receive one consolidated monthly bill for their charging.

9. Per connector ownership for Home and Private Chargers
Home and Private Chargers with multiple connectors can now have ownership assigned per connector instead of only at charger level.

This makes it possible for two users to share the same physical charger while each having their own dedicated connector, charging access, and billing relationship.

A typical use case is a condominium where double connector chargers are installed for private use, with one connector assigned to each resident.

10. Centralized Payment Audit and refund management
White label operators can now manage payment reconciliation and refunds directly from Spark through the new Payment Audit module.

Payment Audit works across supported payment gateways as well as EOSVOLT Wallet transactions, giving operators one place to review payment activity and handle refunds without having to manage each payment provider separately.

This gives support and finance teams a more consistent workflow across different payment setups.

11. More flexible Wallet management and session controls
White label operators now have additional controls for Wallet based charging.

A processing fee can be configured for Wallet sessions, including fixed fee setups where the same amount is charged regardless of the final session cost.

Wallet sessions can also use custom pre authorization, allowing drivers to choose how much of their Wallet balance they want to use before starting. Charging then stops automatically once the selected amount has been reached.

Spark also provides improved Wallet management from customer pages, including manual top ups, total Wallet balance visibility, and Wallet balance exports.

12. Reusable Price Profiles
For deployments using Price Profiles, operators can create reusable pricing configurations and assign them across locations and individual chargers.

Price Profiles support different commercial models, including per kWh, per minute, per hour, component based, and live electricity pricing. Profiles can be reused across a network, while individual chargers can use their own profile where different pricing is required.

Price information is also more visible directly from charger lists, making it easier to understand which pricing setup is currently applied.

13. Centralized firmware management and rollouts
The new Firmware management tools give operators a central place to manage firmware across supported charger models.

Operators can see which firmware versions are currently running across their fleet, maintain a firmware library, select chargers for an update, and launch controlled rollouts.

Updates can be coordinated using different rollout strategies and maintenance windows, with progress tracked down to the individual charger.

14. Push notification campaigns for white label apps
White label partners can now use Push Notifications in Spark to communicate directly with drivers through their branded mobile app.

Notifications can be sent immediately or scheduled for later, with audiences targeted using criteria such as specific users, charging locations, member discounts, fleet teams, or Wallet usage.

Campaign status can be followed from Spark, while messages are delivered as phone notifications and added to the driver's notification inbox.

15. Location amenities management
Operators can now configure amenities for individual charging locations, helping drivers understand what is available while their vehicle charges.

Locations can include amenities such as restaurants, cafés, restrooms, WiFi, parking, hotels, shopping, and car washes, as well as custom amenities.

The information is shown in the mobile app, and supported amenities can also be used by drivers when filtering for charging locations.

16. Environmental impact metrics for charging sessions
White label deployments can now enable environmental impact calculations for charging sessions.

When enabled, EOSVOLT calculates environmental metrics from the charging activity and makes the information available to the mobile app, giving drivers greater insight into the environmental impact of their EV charging.

17. Improved dashboard graphs and filtering
Dashboard graphs have been updated to provide a clearer and more consistent view of network performance.

Operators can track revenue, consumption, sessions, utilization, and uptime with improved visualizations and more useful filtering, including the ability to narrow key charts by location.

The Dashboard also now defaults to a rolling 7 day view, making recent network performance immediately visible.

18. Searchable filters across Spark
We have made most filters across Spark searchable, making it faster and easier to find the exact option you are looking for.

This is especially useful for operators managing larger networks with many locations, chargers, users, or other records, where long filter lists can otherwise become difficult to navigate.

The result is a more efficient and user friendly experience across everyday workflows in Spark.

19. More granular admin permissions
Operators managing larger organizations now have more flexibility in deciding what individual administrators can access in Spark.

Tenant CPO administrators can be created with configurable permissions, while external administrators can be granted Sessions access independently from Fleet access.

This makes it easier to give support, fleet, finance, and operational teams access to the areas they need without providing broader permissions than necessary.
