Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a central overview of your network's performance, charger activity, and key operational metrics. It brings together four areas: summary statistics, live plug status, performance graphs (including a map view), and your most recent sessions.

Summary
The Summary section shows your key performance indicators for a selectable time range:
- Revenue: total income generated from charging sessions, in your currency.
- Consumption: total energy dispensed, in kWh.
- Sessions: number of charging sessions in the selected timeframe.
TipUse this view to quickly compare performance trends across time periods and spot usage peaks or seasonal variations.
Plug Status
This section shows every connector's real-time state, as reported by the charger itself:
- Available: idle and ready to start a new session.
- Preparing: EV plugged in and/or authorization in progress; pre-charge setup before energy flows.
- Charging: energy is being delivered.
- SuspendedEV: the vehicle requested a pause (e.g., battery full, user paused) while still plugged in.
- SuspendedEVSE: the charger or site paused delivery (e.g., load balancing, grid limit, tariff window).
- Finishing: charging stopped; waiting for the user to unplug or the session to wrap up.
- Reserved: connector held for a booking; not available to others.
- Unavailable: temporarily out of service (maintenance or taken out of service by an operator), not due to a fault.
- Faulted: an error prevents operation.
NoteEOSVOLT does not rely on the OCPP Reserved state. Bookings and connector reservations are managed through our backend logic.
TipA connector stuck in SuspendedEV with 0 kWh delivered usually means the vehicle refused to draw power. See the Sessions page for how to analyse what happened in a specific session.
Graphs
The graph area gives a visual performance overview of your network across several tabs:
- Revenue
- Consumption
- Sessions
- Utilization: how heavily your plugs are used.
- Uptime: how reliably your chargers stay online and operational.
- Map view: a live map of your locations and their available chargers.
Filters
Every metric can be filtered by week, month, or year, and narrowed down by Location, Charge box ID, or Plug ID. Tenant CPOs can additionally filter the charts by CPO.
TipCombine a time filter (e.g., month) with a specific Charge box ID to spot device-level trends without noise from other hardware.
ExportUse the Export button to download the current dataset as a CSV file for external reporting or accounting.
Recent Sessions
The Recent Sessions list shows your ten most recent charging sessions. From this section, you can:
- Review key session details (user, location, duration, and cost).
- Open a session's full detail page, Session Insights.
- Download session logs directly.
RecommendationRegularly monitor this section to confirm new chargers are reporting correctly and transactions are being logged without errors.
Common questions
How do I see how much revenue my network generated this month?
The Summary section at the top of the Dashboard shows revenue, consumption, and session count for a selectable range. For a graph over time, use the Revenue tab in the graph area.
How do I export dashboard data?
Open the graph tab you want (revenue, consumption, sessions, utilization, or uptime), set the filters, and click Export. You'll receive a CSV file of the current dataset.
What does SuspendedEV mean on a plug?
The vehicle itself paused the charge while staying plugged in, for example because its battery is full. SuspendedEVSE is the opposite case: the charger or site paused delivery, for example due to load balancing.
How do I check the uptime or utilization of a specific charger?
Open the Uptime or Utilization graph tab and filter by the charger's Charge box ID, or even a single Plug ID.
