Settings

Your operator account's configuration: company logo, contact person, default support details shown to drivers, billing information for invoices and VAT, and the banking details used for payouts.

The Settings page holds the company and financial information that appears across your EOSVOLT account, invoices, and apps.

Company logo

Used on documents sent to drivers, such as receipts and charging summaries.

💡

Recommended format: square image, minimum 400×400 px, for best visibility on invoices and PDFs.

Contact person

Who EOSVOLT reaches out to about your account. Include full name, phone number, and email address.

Support details

The default support contact shown inside the driver app for the locations you manage: support email, phone number, and chat link if you have one.

Individual locations can override the default with their own support contact. See Creating a location for location-specific settings.

For multi-operator setups, support information can also be managed centrally at tenant level. When centralized support details are enabled, new locations created under the tenant's CPOs can automatically use the tenant's default support information.

This helps white label partners keep customer support details consistent across multiple operators without configuring the same information separately for every location.

💬

Keep support details current. They are shown to drivers when they need help at your chargers.

Availability: centralized support settings are available for applicable multi-operator deployments.

Billing information

The company details used for invoices and other financial documents, including your company name, address, VAT number, and country.

These details are also used where applicable for tax calculations and financial reporting.

For multi-operator white label setups, invoices can be configured to use either:

  • The billing information of the individual CPO
  • The billing information of the parent tenant

This allows billing to be handled centrally while individual CPOs continue operating their own charging locations.

The charging location address remains based on the location where the charging session took place, regardless of which company's billing information is shown on the invoice.

Availability: tenant-level billing information is available for applicable multi-operator deployments and depends on how the account is configured.

Banking information

The bank account your payouts go to:

  • IBAN
  • SWIFT/BIC

Verify that the banking information matches your legal entity. Incorrect details can delay withdrawals.

Common questions

Where do I change the support phone number drivers see in the app?
Use Settings → Support details to change the default. A specific location can override it with its own support information.

Can support details be shared across multiple CPOs?
Yes, for supported multi-operator setups. A tenant can define centralized support information that new locations under its CPOs can inherit automatically.

Which company details appear on invoices in a multi-operator setup?
Depending on the configuration, invoices can use either the individual CPO's billing information or the parent tenant's billing information.

Does using tenant billing information change the charging location shown on the invoice?
No. The charging location remains the location where the session took place.

Where do I set the bank account for withdrawals?
Use Settings → Banking information. This bank account is used for payouts where the withdrawal model is enabled.

My invoices show the wrong company details.
Update Billing information in Settings. New invoices use the billing details configured for your account or tenant setup.

Where do I manage my team's accounts?
Under Admins. See the Admins and Roles & permissions guides.
