The Customers menu provides an overview of all end users who have registered in your branded mobile app. From here, operators can view customer details, manage RFID keys, and access their charging history.


Customer List

At the top level, the Customers menu displays a sortable list of all app users:

  • Email
  • Name (if provided)
  • Customer ID
  • Last Charge — last recorded charging activity

You can search for users by email, ID, or name using the search bar.


Overview

The Overview tab displays key account details for each customer:

  • Email — the unique login for the user’s account
  • First and Last Name (if provided)
  • Customer ID — the internal EOSVOLT ID
  • Created on — the date the user registered

This view helps support and admin teams quickly identify users or confirm account creation.


RFID

Under the RFID tab, you can:

  • See all RFID keys linked to the user
  • Add new RFID keys on behalf of the user
  • Remove or replace existing keys if needed

If the user has no active keys, a message will indicate:

“This user does not own any RFID keys.” You can then click Add RFID key to assign a new one.


Charging History

The Charging History tab lists all charging sessions for the user. Each entry includes:

  • Date & Time — when the session took place
  • Status — e.g., Completed
  • TypeOn Demand or Booking
  • Location — name of the charging site
  • Plug ID — identifies the specific connector used
  • Charging Details — total kWh and price per kWh
  • Payment Method — e.g., Visa (Stripe)
  • Total — total amount charged for the session

For each session it is possible to download detailed logs for troubleshooting or customer support purposes.
