Remittances

Understanding your remittance statements: what a remittance covers, the amounts and energy totals on each statement, when payouts happen, and how to reconcile them against your sessions.

On the remittance model, EOSVOLT collects driver payments for your charging sessions and pays your share out to you periodically. Each payout is documented by a remittance statement you'll find under My Finances → Remittances (tenant operators overseeing multiple CPOs find their view under Financials → Remittances).

What a remittance statement shows

Each statement covers a payout period and lists:

  • Period: the date range the statement covers.
  • Sessions: the charging sessions included in the payout.
  • Energy delivered: total kWh charged across those sessions.
  • Net amount: what is paid out to you for the period.
  • Status: Pending until the payout is made, then Paid.

Each statement can be downloaded for your records via its download action.

Reconciling a remittance

To verify a statement against your own records:

  1. Open Sessions and filter by the statement's date range and your locations.
  2. Export the sessions as CSV (up to 30 days per export), the kWh totals should match the statement's energy figure.
  3. Session-level payment detail (what the driver paid, VAT, fees) is on each session's detail page under Payment.

Remittances for tenant operators

Tenant CPOs overseeing sub-CPOs see remittances per operator under Financials → Remittances, covering each sub-CPO's payout periods.

Common questions

When do I get paid? The payout cadence depends on your agreement with EOSVOLT. Each statement covers one payout period, and its status shows whether the payout has been made.

Why doesn't my statement match my session export? Check that the export covers exactly the statement's period and only the locations in your account; sessions still being reconciled may fall into the next period.

What is the difference between remittances and withdrawals? Withdrawals are payouts you request yourself from accumulated revenue (see My finances). Remittances are automatic periodic payouts with a statement per period, your account uses one model or the other.

Where do I see what a driver paid for a specific session? On the session's detail page under Payment, the full breakdown from pre-authorization to final total.
