White-label configuration
The EOSVOLT mobile app is white-labeled: the same app runs as a separate branded deployment for each operator.
One app, many deployments
The mobile app is a product built and maintained by EOSVOLT. Each operator's deployment is its own: its own name, logo, styling and colors, and its own set of available features. This guide covers the full feature set the app can offer; what actually appears in a given deployment depends on that deployment's configuration.
Deployments can differ in many ways
Since each deployment is configured separately, differences are not limited to the examples below:
- The home charging area can be labeled Home, Dedicated, or something else, depending on the deployment.
- Some deployments show a map with public charging Locations that drivers can browse and start a session at; others are built around a single home or workplace charger and have no map at all.
- Features such as the Wallet, live electricity prices, environmental impact stats, fleet or team pricing, and advance bookings can be used depending on the business case of the individual operator.
The Availability callout
Throughout this guide, features that are not part of every deployment carry a short callout like this one:
Availability: optional per deployment.
Language
The app supports many languages and follows the language set on the device, or one chosen in the app's own settings. The in-app support chat answers in whatever language the driver writes in.
Common questions
Does every deployment include a Wallet or a map? No, both are optional. Check the Availability note under any feature in question.
Can the app run in a different language? Yes, the app follows the device's language setting or a choice made in its own settings, and the support chat answers in the language the driver writes in.
