Fault log
The flat event list behind Intelligence: every session fault and every charger reported event in the selected period, one row per event, with the full AI fault analysis one click away.
Where Issues groups repeated faults into one problem, the Fault log keeps every individual event. Use it when you want to see exactly what happened and when, rather than the grouped picture. It is also the only view that holds both detection sources side by side.
Reading a row
- Date of the event.
- Fault: what happened. Charger events are written as events, for example "Went offline", because nothing failed to charge.
- A source pill saying Session fault or Charger event, so it is always clear whether a driver was affected or the charger reported something on its own.
- Session, Charger and Location.
- Recommendation: what to do about it.
- Origin: where the fault points.
Search and the filters above the table narrow the list. The period picker at the top of the page governs which events are listed.
The log never shrinks retroactively. An issue resolving, or a charger coming back online, does not remove the events that already happened, so the history stays honest.

Session fault rows carry a Learn more link that opens the complete analysis of that session:
- The session reference, charger and location at the top.
- A session timeline of what the charger and the platform said to each other, in order.
- A fault explanation of why the session counts as faulty.
- An Open session shortcut to the session itself, when your permissions include session details.
Charger events have no session behind them, so they have nothing to expand.
Common questions
Why do I see the same fault ten times? Because this is the event list. Switch to the Issues tab for the grouped view, which is where a repeating fault becomes one row with a count and a trend.
What is the difference between a Session fault and a Charger event? A session fault means a driver tried to charge and it did not work. A charger event means the charger reported a condition on its own, such as going offline, with no session involved.
A charger is back online but its events are still listed. That is intended. The log is a record of what happened, not a list of what is currently wrong. The Needs attention strip and the Issues tab are the views for the current state.
Can I export the fault log? Not from this page. Use the Charger analysis page for a single charger's history, or the Issues tab for the grouped picture.
