Fleet and teams
How drivers charge on behalf of a company: at a discounted personal rate through a member discount, or billed entirely to the company through a fleet team.
Availability: optional per deployment; can be used depending on the business case of the individual operator.
The Teams screen
Both arrangements live under Teams in the driver's profile. The menu item is a fixed part of the profile, present whether or not the driver has been added to anything yet; an account with no memberships shows an empty list with the option to join. Joining works the same way for discounts and teams: the driver taps Join a team and enters the invitation code issued by the company or fleet manager. A driver can hold more than one membership at a time, and the screen lists each one separately with its own rate, locations, and details.

Member discounts: the driver pays, at a better rate
A Member discount attaches special pricing to the driver at the Locations the discount covers. It is not a percentage off the public tariff but a separate rate of its own, shown on the discount's detail screen together with the covered locations. The driver keeps paying for sessions personally through the app; the discounted rate is applied automatically at eligible locations whenever the payment method is a card, with nothing extra to select at checkout.
Important
The discounted rate applies to card payments only. Paying with a fleet charge key routes the session to company billing instead, and the member discount plays no part there.
A membership can also go quiet without being removed: while the team owner has it marked inactive, sessions bill at the normal rate, and the discounted rate returns when the membership is reactivated.
Fleet teams: the company pays
A Fleet team is a group of Charge keys belonging to a company, with every session authorized by those keys billed to the company rather than to the driver. This is Offline billing: nothing is charged inside the app, and the company is invoiced for the team's charging instead.
A driver charges under the team by authorizing with an assigned charge key, which can take three forms: tapping the physical RFID key on the charger's reader, selecting the assigned key as the payment method in the app when starting a session, or, in fleets using Autocharge, letting the vehicle identify itself through its charging port so the session starts with no card or app step at all. Autocharge is available through fleet management only, not for public or home charging. The team's detail screen lists the assigned charge keys and the locations where they work.

Spending limits
A team's charge keys can carry a Spending limit: a fixed amount each key may spend per day, week, or month. A key that reaches its limit stops authorizing sessions until the limit resets, at the end of each day, each Sunday at midnight, or at the end of the calendar month, depending on how the team is set up. Where a limit applies, the team's detail screen states it along with its reset rhythm, so the driver can see the ceiling before hitting it.
Leaving a team or discount
Each arrangement's detail screen under Teams carries a Leave team or Remove discount button, whichever matches its type. Tapping it opens a confirmation prompt; confirming removes that membership immediately, and it disappears from the Teams list.
Other parts of the arrangement stay outside the driver's control and are set on the company side instead: the discounted rate itself, which charge keys are assigned to a team, and any spending limits. Questions about those go to the fleet manager or company administrator who runs the arrangement. A driver who does not know who manages their arrangement can ask through the operator support contact shown in the app, which can point the question to the right place.
Common questions
What does each arrangement look like on the money side? Under a member discount the driver's own card is charged per session at the discounted rate, and the company is not billed at all. Under a fleet team the sessions accumulate on an invoice to the company, and no charge ever reaches the driver.
What should happen when a fleet charge key is lost or stolen? The key can be deactivated immediately under Profile, then Charge keys, which stops it from authorizing any further sessions on the company's account. A replacement key is then a matter for the fleet manager, who assigns keys to drivers.
Why might a registered charge key not work at a semi-public location? At semi-public locations a key may need to be activated by the site operator before its first use. A key that is listed under Charge keys but rejected at such a location usually needs that activation, which the site operator's support contact can arrange.
Can a driver leave a team or remove a discount without contacting anyone? Yes, using Leave team or Remove discount on the arrangement's detail screen under Teams, confirmed with a prompt. The rate itself, key assignments, and spending limits stay set by the fleet manager or company administrator regardless.
