Account and settings
How a driver's personal details, vehicles, notifications, and language are managed in the app. These settings are part of every deployment.
The Profile area
The Profile tab collects everything tied to the account. Alongside the settings covered on this page, it holds items such as payment methods, Charge keys, charging history, and teams, with the exact set depending on the deployment.

Editing profile details
Edit profile holds the personal details on the account:
- Name. First and last name, edited in place.
- E-mail address. Changing it requires entering the new address twice, and the two entries must match before the change is saved. Since the e-mail address is also what the driver logs in with, this double entry protects against a typo quietly becoming the account's login address.
- Depending on the deployment, additional fields can appear here, such as a phone number, billing details (an address or tax identification number), or company information.
The screen also shows the installed app version at the bottom, which is worth quoting when reporting a problem, since behavior can differ between app versions.

Deleting the account
Delete account, at the bottom of Edit profile, permanently erases the account and all its data. The action is irreversible, and the app asks for confirmation before proceeding. A deletion attempted while a charging session is active is refused; ending the session first clears the block, so a running charge is never cut loose from the account it belongs to.
Vehicles
Under Cars, a driver registers the vehicles they charge:
- Add new car creates a vehicle with a name and a license plate; the plate is required.
- Tapping a car opens it for editing, where it can also be marked Set as primary car or deleted after a confirmation.
Registered cars let charging activity be attributed to a specific vehicle, so a driver with several cars can tell which one a given transaction belongs to.

Notifications and the inbox
Updates about the account arrive as in-app notifications collected in an inbox. Each entry carries a title, a message, and the time it was received, with an unread marker that clears shortly after the list is opened. Typical entries include a session finishing, an upcoming booking, or an Idle fee starting to bill; the idle notice arrives the moment the fee begins, giving the driver a chance to move the car before the amount grows.
Depending on the deployment, the inbox is either its own tab in the bottom bar or an item inside Profile. The same updates can also be delivered as push notifications on the device, subject to the device's notification permissions. The inbox keeps its own copy either way, so a dismissed or blocked push does not mean the information is lost.

Language
The app follows the language set on the device, or a language chosen directly in the app's own settings, found under Edit profile. Changing it affects more than the interface text: the AI support chat replies in whatever language the app is set to, regardless of the language the driver types in, so this setting is also how the chat's reply language is chosen.
Common questions
Which parts of Account settings are present in every deployment? Name and e-mail editing, account deletion, Cars, notifications, and the language behavior are core. Extra profile fields such as a phone number, billing details, or company information vary per deployment.
Do notifications still reach the driver if push permissions are off? Yes. The push is only the device-level alert; the notification itself is stored in the inbox and appears there the next time the driver opens it.
