My dashboards
Build your own dashboards: pick the numbers you follow, add KPI cards, charts, tables and maps, and keep up to three dashboards of your own.
My dashboards lets you keep the numbers you follow together on one page. Each dashboard is yours alone: other admins do not see it. You can keep up to three.
NoteMy dashboards is enabled for your organisation by EOSVOLT. When it is on, the Dashboard menu item opens as a group with Overview and My dashboards.
Create, rename or delete a dashboard
- Open Dashboard > My dashboards and click + New dashboard.
- Give it a name and confirm. Your first one is called My dashboard unless you change it.
- Add widgets with Add KPI card or Add chart, table or map.
Use the pencil icon to rename the dashboard on screen and the bin icon to delete it. Deleting removes its widgets too and cannot be undone. There is no save button: changes save themselves a moment after you stop editing. The label next to the name shows Saved, Saving… or Unsaved changes.
Add key metrics
Key metrics at the top holds up to five KPI cards. Each card shows one number: Sessions, Revenue, Energy (kWh), Average session value or Active users. Most cards also draw a small trend line under the number.
- Set a Period and switch on Compare with the previous period to see the change against the same number of days right before it.
- Or, with the comparison on, switch on Use month to date to compare this month so far with the same days last month.
- Move a card with the left and right arrows on the card.
Add charts, tables and maps
Charts, tables and maps below holds up to five widgets:
- Bar chart, Line chart, Area chart and Donut chart show a metric broken down by Day, Week, Month, Location, Charger, Payment gateway or Payment type.
- Ranked table lists your top Locations, Customers, Chargers, Fleet companies, Fleet teams or Fleet drivers, ranked by sessions, energy or revenue. Pick Top 5, Top 10, Top 20 or Top 50.
- Map shows your locations as bubbles, sized by what you pick under Rank by. Bigger, warmer bubbles mean more activity. Hover a bubble for its numbers.
Drag a widget by its handle to move it, and pull its bottom right corner to resize it.
Choose what a widget shows
- CPO and Location narrow a widget to part of your network.
- Period can be up to 90 days. Leave it empty and the widget shows the last 90 days.
- Active users counts customers over at most 31 days, and is only offered on KPI cards.
- Earnings shows what you keep after payouts to your sub CPOs. It only appears if you have sub CPOs that receive payouts.
- Leave Title empty and the widget is named for you, for example Top 10 Locations by Sessions.
You only see data sources your role can open. If your access covers more than one currency, pick a CPO on any revenue widget so the amounts share one currency.
Common questions
Can other admins see my dashboards?
No. Each dashboard in My dashboards belongs to the admin who made it. You can keep up to three. When you have three, delete one to make room for a new one.
Why does a revenue widget ask me to choose a CPO?
Your access covers CPOs that charge in more than one currency, and amounts in different currencies cannot be added up. Open the widget settings and pick a CPO, and the widget shows revenue in that CPO's currency.
